Terms of use and service.
The terms for using mintgrid.io, and the general terms that apply to our services unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

1. About these terms
By using mintgrid.io you agree to these terms. Each project is also governed by its written proposal or agreement; where they differ, the signed agreement applies.
2. Website content
Content on this website is for general information. Prices shown are starting prices and are not an offer. A project is confirmed only by a written proposal that both sides accept.
3. Proposals and scope
Each proposal lists the scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, client responsibilities and price. Work outside the agreed scope is estimated and starts only after written approval.
4. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% on kickoff, 30% at an agreed milestone and 20% before final handover. Third-party costs (tools, hosting, platforms, ad spend) are billed separately and paid by the client, normally directly to the provider.
5. Client responsibilities
The client provides timely access, content, feedback and approvals, and one decision-maker. Delays in these may move the timeline.
6. Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the project deliverables created specifically for them. Accounts and data are set up in the client’s name. MintGrid keeps ownership of its general tools, templates and know-how, and grants the client the right to use any of them included in the deliverables.
7. Confidentiality
Both sides keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project.
8. No guarantee of business results
We commit to delivering the agreed scope with care and skill. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, advertising performance or other results that depend on factors outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
10. Ending a project
Either side may end a project in writing if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn’t fix it within 14 days. Work completed up to that date is paid for.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
