1. Who we are

MintGrid (“we”, “us”) provides business digital infrastructure services from Cairo, Egypt. For any privacy question, contact us at info@mintgrid.io.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run our services:

• Details you send us: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and your message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Basic website analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you reached us. These use cookies or similar technologies.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call.
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you agree to.
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data with your consent, to take steps you ask for before a contract, to perform a contract, or where required by law, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and other laws that apply to you.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as website hosting, email, CRM, analytics and messaging (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta). They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some providers store data outside Egypt. Where this happens, we choose providers with appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is necessary.

7. How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client and invoicing records are kept as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to certain processing. Email info@mintgrid.io and we will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use least-privilege access, two-factor sign-in where available, encrypted connections and secure credential storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Data we handle for clients

When we set up systems for a client, the client decides how their customers’ data is used. We act on their instructions and follow the data-handling terms in our agreement with them.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
